Additionally, the course explores the use of popular project management software tools and their application to various project types, including product development, software, and process reengineering projects.

Team leader for product development project:

My team and I were tasked with applying our knowledge of Project Management to a theoretical product development of an all-in-one media player. The deliverables included two presentations and a final report submitted to the Executive Project Steering Committee.
